0. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

This Agreement regulates the commercial relationship between the CLIENT and BRUJAS Y GATOS regarding the acquisition of items that the CLIENT is interested in making to Brujas y Gatos.

3. METHOD OF PAYMENT  

Payment will always be made by cash on delivery,

5. SHIPPING

responsibility on our part.

Transportation costs are not included in the prices
of the product and are the responsibility of the customer.

Brujas y Gatos is not responsible for the duration of the
transport, once the materials leave our store in Madrid.

Brujas y Gatos will not accept responsibility for losses to
cause of packaging, non-obvious damage, delivery errors, discrepancies or
total or partial loss of deliveries, unless communicated in writing
to Brujas y Gatos within 24 hours of delivery of the supply,
and prior inspection by our company.

In the event that, at the time of delivery, they are detected in
the packaging or the product itself with obvious damage, THE CUSTOMER must do so

6. CHANGES IN THE PRICE LIST

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND  

If the Customer has changed his mind or is not satisfied
with your purchase, the Customer can return it within a period of from the day on which

to locate the purchase. For our part, the moment we receive your
mail, we will notify you, by email, of receiving it,

the direct cost of returning the products.

decision of the matter submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the
city of Madrid.
